Instructions on how to size for bracelets (bangles, cuffs, ect. ) are explained in the individual item description about half way down the page under the heading: HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE. You'll want to be sure you review that specific information for the specific kind of bracelet you are purchasing to be sure you order the correct size. Some items can be resized at additional cost if you order the incorrect size, please contact me for details.

Care instructions

Please handle your jewelry with care. It is not intended to be slept in, showered in, or repeatedly gotten wet or exposed to soaps and chemicals, as this can damage the piece or effect the patina.

Shiny finish: To preserve the bright shiny finish of your piece use a polishing cloth to buff it to a high shine.

Oxidized finish: To preserve the rustic oxidized nature of your piece use a small piece of 00 fine grade steel wool to rub in a circular motion until the tarnish lifts off. Then buff gently with a polishing cloth to add a little extra shine if desired.

If the dark coloration inside stamping lightens you may use a black Sharpie to fill in the stamping and polish.

Repairs

Emie Grace Designs is not responsible for repairs. We will fix damage to your jewelry at my current labor rate if need arises and I have space in my schedule to do so. Each piece is inspected before packaging by a quality control person. If you find that there is a defect of some kind we will fix that at our expense, please contact us immediately to discuss the situation.

Every package from Emie Grace Designs is ready for gift giving. Most items come in a box with my logo and tied with twine. You will also find a jewelry care card, business card and for some items will include a complementary polishing cloth, depending on it's finish and supplies on hand.

International Orders

International customers may be subject to import taxes (VAT). The payment of these taxes and fees is solely the responsibility of the customer. Please educate yourself on the requirements of your government regarding imports. If items are held at a customs facility and payment is not received they will be returned to sender after a period of time. This is called a forced return and is not authorized by Emie Grace Designs, and is against Etsy's Terms of Service. You will not be eligible for a refund. You can pay for shipping of the item again if you choose.
